The Fontes Pereira de Melo avenue, right in the heart of Lisbon, will be the stage for the works.

During 18 months, IELAC will equip the new project with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic installations, in a consortium contract with Paviana. It is a building with 12 upper floors with a total of 74 units and 6 underground floors, and work is scheduled to start in early April.
