Right in the heart of the invicta city, ACA E&C has signed another project of excellence.

The former S. Brás Barracks, with a plot of approximately 5,000m2, located in the corner between Rua de S. Brás and Rua João Pedro Ribeiro, will be the target of a rehabilitation and expansion project of a pre-existing building for the installation of a multifunctional development, which will include a senior residential structure, residential flats, shops/commercial spaces, offices, a museum, a spa/gym, a hotel unit and a covered car park.
